Rafael Koldewey
Agile Coach, Scrum Master & Product Owner
Rafael Koldewey is an expert in agile project management. In this role, he manages large-scale freelance projects for companies and agencies. In addition, he passes on his experiences and has led over 500 managers and employees to pass SCRUM exams.
Previously, he worked for many years in senior consulting roles at international network agencies, including Gray Consell, JWT, Publicis, Wunderman, Y&R, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy. He is currently advising two large international corporations in the area of integrating agile standards with the aim of implementing them as a platform for the implementation of large-scale global projects.
He has been a voluntary lay judge at the large criminal chamber of the city of Frankfurt am Main for over 10 years.
Rafael lives in Frankfurt and works internationally. He has a daughter, is a passionate skat player and loves diving.
